The United Nations Sustainable development goals are meant to address the most significant global issues that we face today. This includes poverty, reliable healthcare, access to education, and global hunger. (Re)Construct Calgary believe that engineering entrepreneurship and innovation can contribute significantly to achieving these goals. To encourage student sustainable development ventures, we will be holding a competition and awarding the (Re)Construct Sustainable Development Award to whomever student(s) best fulfill the following objective:

Deliver a ten-minute presentation outlining a viable solution to a specific issue related to the sustainable development goals.
